Should your item develop a fault within the first 14 days of receiving it from us, you can return the item to us for an exchange. Please return the item to us detailing your purchase information.

Should your item develop a fault after 14 days but within the first 12 months, you can return the product to us for a warranty repair or exchange. (Please note due to various manufacturers, we can not confirm whether it will be exchanged or repaired until we have received the item).
